研究领域:

挖掘特色真菌资源,解析物种进化与环境的相互关系。重点开展以下三个方面的研究:

1. 真菌分子标记、物种识别和群体遗传

2. 野生食用菌种质资源及与植物的共生关系

3. 病原真菌流行病学和耐药进化
